At Money In Chocolate, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality chocolate experience. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

 

Eligibility for a Refund

 

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your chocolate arrives damaged or melted beyond enjoyment: We take great care in packaging our chocolates, but sometimes unforeseen issues occur during transit.

  • You receive the wrong item: If there's a mix-up in your order, we'll gladly correct it.

  • Your chocolate does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or freshness: We stand by the quality of our products, and if you're not satisfied, we want to know.

 

How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund, please follow these steps within 14 days of your purchase date:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team by emailing

  2. Provide Details: Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  3. Return (if applicable): In some cases, we may ask you to return the remaining portion of the chocolate or the incorrect item. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label if a return is necessary.

 

Refund Processing

 

Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

 

Exclusions

 

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind: While we want you to love our chocolate, we generally do not offer refunds for simply changing your mind after the purchase.

  • Items purchased from third-party retailers: If you purchased our chocolate from another store, please contact that retailer directly for their refund policy.

  • Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
